Another plaque from the Cimitero Monumentale of Milan. This young soldier (he was 21 years old) belonged to the 142nd Reggimento di Fanteria and was killed on October 13, 1916. I don’t really explain the presence of 3 silver medaglie al valore, as I wasn’t able to find further details on his biography.
Another grave located in Milan’s Cimitero Monumentale. This war hero, Arduino Amati, was killed at a very early stage on the war, in August 1915. He was then only 19 years old. According to the epitaph, his last words were for his mother, this explains the composition of the memorial.
