Worker and soldier

A picture about war effort made by the “painter-soldier” Anselmo Bucci. This artist, who spent a part of his career in France, was a volunteer during the Great War, in the Battaglione dei Volontari Ciclisti Lombardi, with other artists such as Boccioni, Funi and Marinetti. This painting is dated 1917 and is currently displayed in the Gallerie d’Italia exhibition.
