Armistice

It was 96 years ago. In Paris, on November 11, 1918, the bells announced the long-awaited Armistice; in a few minutes the crowd invaded the streets.

Choosing the right picture for November 11 is always hard; I am anyway happy to see that today on this blog one of the most popular posts was the one about the Gueules cassées, who are amog the millions of victims of this conflict. We will remember them.
