The salute of général Gouraud

I had published already some posts about French général Gouraud (see here, here and there), here’s a fourth one, with a drawing made by French artist Sem in his book Un pékin sur le front. Général Gouraud is represented during a salute to troops. The salute is done with left hand because this high officer lost his right arm during the war.
