German signs in a conquered trench

The soldier is French, but the (very deep) trench was German. The proof comes from the wooden signs which are still there. One of the top cannot unfortunately be read, but two other ones indicate there was a medical post in the surroundings and a “Stichgrb. #27”. Does any German speaker more skilled than me the meaning of this sign?
